What will be provided is a mixture of our own individual work as well as other published work on the internet from other great lacrosse minds. You will find categories of offense, defense, goaltending, FOGO, and coaching all free to your disposal. WHY SHOULD WE TRAIN AT HOME?
To reach your full athletic potential in lacrosse, it’s important to understand that simply attending required practices, lifts, meetings, and games is not enough. Whatever your goal may be—earning a college roster spot, breaking a record, or achieving a personal milestone—
there are hundreds, if not thousands, of athletes your age pursuing the very same dream. Opportunities at the next level are limited, and in some cases, only one spot is available. That’s why it’s essential to go beyond what’s expected. Everyone practices. Everyone competes. But the athletes who separate themselves are the ones who put in the extra work—when they’re tired, when conditions are tough, and when no one else is watching. Success in lacrosse isn’t about doing the minimum; it’s about consistently pushing past limits and striving to be better than you were yesterday. Those who go the extra mile are the ones who ultimately achieve the goals they set for themselves.
