Different Types of Training

Individual

Individual training sessions provide athletes with personalized 1-on-1 instruction and mentorship. Each session is specifically tailored to the athlete’s position, skill level, and developmental goals, allowing for a more detailed and effective training experience.

Group-Based

Group-based training sessions are designed as small-number, high-intensity one-hour workouts that create a competitive and fast-paced developmental environment. These sessions place a strong emphasis on improving players’ ability to make quick in-game decisions through small-area drills focused on offensive and defensive reads, reactions, spacing, communication, and situational awareness within confined game-like scenarios.

Skills Sessions

Skill sessions are open-invite, one-hour training opportunities designed to help athletes elevate both their fundamental abilities and overall in-game performance. These high-energy sessions place a primary focus on advanced stick skills, fast-paced repetitions, and competitive matchup-based drills that simulate real game situations and decision-making scenarios.

Athletes will work on improving passing consistency, ball control, shooting accuracy, footwork, and reaction time while competing in drills that encourage creativity, confidence, and situational awareness. Through competitive gameplay environments and live-repetition training, players will continue developing their lacrosse IQ, field presence, and ability to perform effectively under pressure during game situations.
